The pool area was enjoyable, but it was frustrating to see so many reserved sunbeds while hotel guests struggled to find space. Dining was a mixed experience. while the food was delicious, the prices were steep, and the restaurant staff seemed a bit inattentive at times. Warm bread was a highlight during our meals, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable right from check-in. The room was beautiful and kept clean, providing a comfortable environment for our three-night stay. We also loved the delicious food at the Pool House. However, the noise from the nearby nightlife was quite disruptive for a good night’s sleep.

I loved the amazing spa and wellness center! It was a perfect spot for relaxation. However, the bartenders weren't the friendliest, which was disappointing. 😕

The hotel had super clean, spacious rooms and was just a few steps from great spots like Horton Plaza Park and the San Diego Chinese Historical Museum, making it perfect for weekend strolls and sightseeing. as someone who loves city walks, I truly appreciated being within easy reach of so many landmarks and parks, although the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night.

Noise from the street is a serious issue. you'll hear every honk and chatter until 2 am, only to pick back up by 6 am. The pool area doesn't live up to the expectations created by marketing materials. it’s considerably smaller and overcrowded, leading to long wait times to access it, which wasn’t communicated upfront. Plus, the TV selection is limited, and the in-room coffee setup left me wanting more than just three small pods.
